The quality and management of our company is what makes us achieve the impossible.
Our quality management system, which is based on the requirements of the ISO 9001 : 2000 standard, is applicable to 3 SIXTY Precast Concrete, for the manufacturing of concrete products under the CMACS mark scheme. The system has been approved by the manager and is the only valid quality management system applicable to 3SIXTY Precast Concrete.
The integrity of our test and master gauges are verified by a National Calibration Service.
3 Year CMACS permit. Although 3Sixty apply the CMACS mark of compliance on Pipes, Culverts, Manholes and Accessories, 3Sixty is in the process to obtain the CMACS mark on our Kerbs aswell. 3Sixty can also confirm that any other product that we manufacture for which there are not a SANS specification, the same quality assurance procedures and control will be applied. Quality is one of the non-negotiable items in the 3Sixty operations. Therefore we can also say that our quality assurance start with a very high level of commitment.
Safety is the responsibility of every worker but is monitored by a safety committee and audited by and external approved safety consultant, OHS Consultants. 3 Sixty also have OHS Consultants to review our policy to new legislation.
The company have also implemented and manage an environmental policy and procedures to make sure we comply to current expected standards. 3 Sixty are constantly focussing on improving the environmental situation within our industry.
