3Sixty Precast Concrete originated in May 2008 when the site was cleared and the erection and construction of the factory started.
During October 2008 our first product namely Kerbs was successfully manufactured. The manhole section, cover slabs and lids followed suit in November 2008.
In January 2009, pipe and culvert production started. A SABS visit and inspection was conducted regarding pipes and culverts by the SABS and “Consignment Stock Approval” was received on 2 April 2009.
On 20 May 2009 the 3 yearly audit, inspection test was conducted by the SABS, 3Sixty Precast Concrete was awarded and granted with a 3 Year Permit for pipes and culverts. The next 3 years permit was awarded in June 2012 successfully.
During this period the Quality Procedures, Policies and Forms were reviewed twice for better compliance thereof.

The integrity of our test and master gauges are verified by a National Calibration Service.
3 Year SABS permit. 3Sixty apply the SABS mark of compliance on Pipes, Culverts, Manholes and Accessories.
3Sixty are committed to focus on the BEE level of the company and the improvement thereof.
Safety is the responsibility of every worker but is monitored by a safety committee and audited by and external approved safety consultant.
The company have also implemented and manage an environmental policy and procedures to make sure we comply to current expected standards.
3Sixty are also manufacturing and supply the “Rib and Block” system for casting of deck floors. This is an easy and low installation cost method to build deck floors without high cost of crane hire.
